Job Role
The Performance-Based Manager will lead and manage a team of field agents to achieve sales and collection targets, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and performance tracking skills to drive growth and operational efficiency in the assigned territory.
Job Requirement
Identify, recruit, and onboard competent field agents to meet organizational targets.
Organize and facilitate comprehensive training programs to equip field agents with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Ensure all recruited agents adhere to company policies and meet legal and regulatory requirements during onboarding.
Monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance of field agents through regular assessments and feedback.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to field agents to achieve sales and collection targets.
Address and resolve issues within the team promptly and effectively.
Develop and implement strategic plans to cover assigned territories effectively.
Drive the team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets.
Identify opportunities for business growth and expand the company’s reach in the state.
Supervise day-to-day activities of field agents to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Collate, analyse, and report on field agents’ performance, loan recovery rates, and other KPIs to senior management.
Provide insights into market trends, challenges, and opportunities within the state.
Build and maintain strong relationships with MDAs to support business operations.
Address escalated customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Implement measures to mitigate fraud or misconduct among field agents.
Ensure adherence to all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards within the state.
Coordinate and support marketing and promotional activities to enhance the company’s brand and loan adoption within the state.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years working experience as a territorial sales manager
Proven experience in recruitment, team management, and performance tracking.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with the loan or financial services industry is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
A bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field (preferred).
Salary Budget: 4,200,000m – 4,800,000m (Per Annum)
