Network Operations Lead

Job Brief & Responsibilities

The Position requires a high level of General Technical Knowledge in Networking and Technical Communication.
An Excellent requisite skills as a contact Centre Engineer
Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to improve and implement changes on the Network environment.
Proactive health, Capacity, failover planning, lifecycle management and obsolescence management on the core Network.
Responsible for supporting and managing Network Policy, Troubleshooting incidents and working with deployment teams.
Day to day operational functions related to the Network.
Provide Support for full lifecycle management of Network Devices.
General Supervision, Plans, conduct and establishes a technical vision for assignments.
