Key Responsibilities
Record, classify & summarize all financial transactions
Reconcile bank statements & maintain accurate financial records
Prepare financial reports, budgets & tax filings
Handle payables & receivables
Handle stock & raw materials inventory
Manage filings & record-keeping
Maintain & order office supplies as needed
Requirements
Minimum of an OND in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
Knowledge of basic accounting pinciples & financial regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and accounting software
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Highly detail-oriented with high accuracy.
Honest and discreet when handling sensitive information.
Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Ability to work & function in a fast-paced environment.
