Duties and responsibilities
Our medical facility requires an Accounts Officer to ensure customer data is entered into various databases and support invoicing functions. Some of their common daily tasks include:
Data Entry functions
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Sending bills and invoices to HMOs and Corporate Clients
Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
Making calls to hmo and obtaining approvals
Requirements
Female/Male 28-35 years
Degree in Accounting, maths, finance, business. Admin
Experience in hospitals will be an added advantage
Team player, friendly, confident, honest
Excellent communication skills and customer service
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Numeracy and IT skills essential
