Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and smart Waitress to join our team at a lively sports bar and restaurant. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, create a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
Take orders, deliver food and drinks, and ensure accuracy of orders.
Maintain a clean and organized service area.
Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
Ensure guests’ needs are met promptly and courteously.
Work with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Follow all health and safety standards, including food handling procedures.
Stay energetic, positive, and approachable throughout your shift.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Waitress or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
Energetic, personable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
