Administrative Assistant

A leading fibre optic deployment and internet services provider is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and scheduling.
Organize and maintain records, files, and documentation.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Support team members with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Qualifications

0-1 years of experience as an admin assistant or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
Possesses a can do it spirit and willing to learn fast.
