We are looking for a resolute Customer Service Executive for our client in the Automobile Sector.
The Customer Service Executive will capitalize on Identifying and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities / Description
Suggest suitable Automobile options that best suite clients’ needs
Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support through cross-selling.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Build sustainable relationships and trust with new and existing customers through open and interactive communication
Research and study clients’ specifications and wishes
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call and message handling quotas
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls, messages, and mails
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Job Requirements
HND / BSC in Media, Communications or related field
3 – 5 years experience as a Customer Service Executive
Proficiency in English
Good knowledge of CRM
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Good verbal communication by following guidelines and policies.
