Job summary
The Driver is responsible for carrying out all transport-related duties in the Bank which include conveying staff, delivery and pickup of packages, and vehicle maintenance.
Duties and responsibilities
Maintaining the assigned vehicle, which includes washing, cleaning, changing oil and water, monitoring tire pressure, and performing minor repairs as needed
Maintaining a vehicle logbook
Promptly reporting any traffic violations, road accidents, and vehicle breakdowns
Adhere to all safety requirements
Maintain the service and appearance of assigned vehicle
Complying with road and traffic regulations
Ensures validity of vehicle particulars in compliance with domestic regulations, e.g. licenses, road worthiness, insurance, etc.
Any other duty assigned by management
Qualifications
OND in any relevant field
A clean driving record with no traffic violations
Clear criminal record
Experience:
Previous experience as a driver in a corporate organization.
Skills:
Strong time management skills
Stress Management/Composure
Neat and professional appearance
Good working knowledge of Lagos road network
Ability to navigate efficiently
Team work
Diligent attention to detail
Diligent attention to safety.
