Job Description
We are seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.
Manage office correspondence, including emails and mail distribution.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Assist with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
