IT Infrastructure and Support

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing IT equipment where necessary
Checking that on-prem servers are on and network connectivity is available
Monitoring Avaya Router and its connectivity
Ensure all Access Points are working
Resolved Users related issues like Internet connectivity, Avaya PBX phone, Customer Experience Avaya soft phone, Microsoft Office Suites, etc.
Monitor events on Sophos on-prem and Sophos Central
Monitor quarantine mails on Sophos Central
Monitor expenses on AWS
Allocate and resolve issues with laptops, desktops and printers
Relate with vendors on quote and repairs
Submit incident and activity report
Remote access to resolve issues with staffs

Qualifications

Network Administration and Network Security skills
3 or more years of relevant experience
Technical Support and Troubleshooting abilities
Proficiency in Information Technology
Certifications in relevant IT fields like Cisco, Microsoft, or CompTIA are a plus
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
