Job Summary
We are looking to employ a driven and detail-oriented business development associate to identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase company sales.
The business development officer’s responsibilities include identifying in-depth knowledge of company offerings, pricing, and policies, and improving existing sales proposals.
You should also ensure that the company can achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Researching and discovering new business opportunities for revenue generation
Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities
Sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
Meeting with potential customers/investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualification – OND.
A minimum of 2 years experience in customer relations or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong marketing and negotiating skills.
Proficient in office-relevant software or tools, e.g., Microsoft Office, Project Management software, CRM (will be an advantage but can learn on the job).
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively.
