Delightful management of the entire Customer Order Processing Cycle
Promoting continuous repeat-purchase
Articulation & execution of all stipulated targets attainment strategies
Effective leadership of the Online Retail Store staff
Stock/inventory management
Management of relationships with all support departments
Ensuring incremental customer-base, revenue & profitability growth.
Effective management of prospective & existing customers Etc
Description of the Ideal Candidate
Minimum of 10 years’ Sales experience
Minimum of 5 years’ Online Retail Store Management experience
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role at a reputable company
Minimum of a first degree in any discipline
Possession of an MBA will be an advantage
A very organised & self-driven personality
Strong analytical & operations management skills
Very good oral & written English
