Sales Representative (B2B and High-Ticket Clients)

Location: Hybrid (3 Days On-Site Weekly)

Job Summary:

Mechanic On The Go, a leading auto repair company, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to drive lead generation and close sales with B2B and high-ticket clients. This role combines remote flexibility with on-site responsibilities, offering a structured growth path and competitive performance bonuses. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, adept at building client relationships, and motivated to exceed ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify, target, and engage potential B2B clients and high-value customers.

Utilize networking, cold outreach, and digital platforms to build a strong sales pipeline.

Sales Execution:

Present and pitch Mechanic On The Go’s services to decision-makers.
Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals that align with company objectives.

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.

Reporting and Documentation:

Submit detailed sales reports every Tuesday and Friday.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress within the CRM system.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies.
Attend weekly meetings to discuss performance and sales strategies.

Compensation:

Base Salary: ₦100,000 per month.

Performance Bonuses:

₦50,000 if monthly sales exceed ₦3.5 million.
₦150,000 if monthly sales exceed ₦10 million.
₦300,000 if monthly sales exceed ₦20 million.
₦500,000 if monthly sales exceed ₦30 million.

Work Schedule:

Hybrid work model with three (3) mandatory on-site days per week.
Flexible remote work options for the remaining days.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in sales, particularly in B2B or high-ticket client acquisition.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
