Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

Design and produce creative concepts, layouts, and visual elements for various digital and print materials (e.g., websites, brochures, advertisements, banners, social media graphics, email templates, etc.).
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with brand guidelines.
Ensure designs are consistent with the company’s brand identity and visual standards.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Prepare files for print production, ensuring proper resolution, color profiles, and specifications.
Create and modify logos, illustrations, and other visual assets as needed.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to improve design quality and efficiency continuously.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and ensure client satisfaction.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other marketing materials as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3-4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or other design software.
Strong portfolio showcasing design work across a range of media.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
