Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests
Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
Manage online and phone reservations
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
Respond to clients complaints in atimely and professional manner
Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rate and amenities.
Requirements
Prior experience in hospitality is preferred
Proficient in computer systems and hotel management softwares
Attention to detail nd accuracy
Ability to work fkexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
