Executive Assistant to Senior Management

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to Senior Management.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized, and experienced individual capable of managing complex tasks with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

Provide dedicated executive support to Senior Management, including managing and prioritizing complex calendars, coordinating internal and external meetings, and preparing agendas and necessary materials for all engagements.
Act as the primary liaison for Senior Management with the Board of Directors, arranging board meetings, compiling board packets, preparing agendas, materials, and recording detailed meeting minutes. Ensure all activities align with board protocols and corporate policies.
Oversee and coordinate special projects on behalf of Senior Management, ensuring timely progress and reporting, preparing concise reports, and maintaining organizational contacts and databases as needed.
Manage communications and correspondence for Senior Management, including email and other forms of communication with key external stakeholders. Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
Coordinate travel logistics for Senior Management, including arranging flights, accommodations, itineraries, and any necessary materials, ensuring seamless transitions and adherence to schedule.
Facilitate interactions between Senior Management and external partners, vendors, and clients to strengthen strategic relationships and ensure responsive and clear communication.
Proactively support the overall efficiency of Senior Management by anticipating needs, prioritizing tasks, and offering solutions to optimize time management and productivity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar executive support role, with a strong understanding of executive office practices and protocols.
Experience in the ICT/Telecoms sector is preferred, with relevant professional certifications being an advantage.
