Business Development & Brand Strategist

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to take on the dual role of Business Development & Brand Strategist. This hybrid position combines the strategic growth initiatives of business development with the creative and analytical responsibilities of brand management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and developing and executing brand strategies that enhance market presence and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, markets, and revenue streams.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
 Cnduct market research to assess industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align business development initiatives with organizational goals.

Brand Strategy:

Define and implement a comprehensive brand strategy to build awareness and equity in target markets.
Develop brand messaging, positioning, and identity that resonate with the target audience.
Oversee the creation of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand’s mission and values.
Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitor activities to refine the brand strategy.
Ensure consistency in branding across all communication channels and customer touchpoints.
Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Integrated Responsibilities:

Align business development initiatives with the brand’s long-term positioning and objectives.
Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver cohesive strategies that drive both revenue and brand growth.
Lead the development of innovative solutions to improve customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
Identify and develop growth opportunities that reinforce the brand’s identity and values.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in business development, brand management, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market and customer data.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Creativity and innovation in developing strategies and solving problems.
Proficiency in using CRM, marketing analytics, and project management tools.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable growth and impact.
