Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Art, graphic design, Marketing, Communication, & other relevant skills
Minimum of 4 years digital experience, particularly but not limited to marketing and branding ideally in a Real estate industry
Proven experience in managing digital campaigns, content creation, and social media management.
A solid and Practical knowledge in videography, graphics designs, content creation and branding.
Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills
Skills and Knowledge:
Content Creation: Exceptional writing and content creation skills, with an ability to adapt content to different digital platforms and audience needs.
Social Media Expertise: Expertise in managing multiple social media accounts, understanding of platform algorithms, and the ability to create engaging content.
SEO and Analytics: Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, social media insights, and digital marketing metrics. Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress and email marketing platforms.
Design Tools: Proficiency with design tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Final Cut, CapCut, InShot and video editing software is highly desirable. Experience with content scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer is an advantage.
