We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QHSE Engineer to manage and oversee the implementation of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) systems within the organization.
The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with local and international regulations, promote best practices, and support the organization in achieving a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate HSE administration to align with organizational standards.
Provide technical HSE support while ensuring compliance with local and international legislation.
Maintain compliance with client requirements, legal and regulatory standards, and relevant certifications.
Implement and review HSE and Quality Management Systems.
Develop, review, and ensure the effective implementation of the HSE Plan, Procedures, Policies, and Inspection Test Plans (ITP).
Oversee the development and execution of emergency response plans.
Conduct risk assessments, hazard evaluations, and control measures.
Monitor, track, and close out action items, including findings from internal and external audits.
Perform QMS and HSE audits for projects.
Facilitate QHSE meetings, management reviews, and communication plans.
Develop strategies for maintaining and improving QHSE performance.
Ensure the organization’s systems and procedures align with the best practices in quality and safety management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in QHSE coordination and management.
Strong understanding of QHSE standards, regulations, and best practices.
Proficiency in risk assessment, hazard evaluation, and control measures.
Familiarity with implementing and auditing Quality and HSE Management Systems (ISO standards preferred).
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
