Compliance Analyst

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Analyst located in Lagos.
The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting analytical assessments, communicating findings, and assisting with financial auditing tasks on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert in executing AML/CFT/CPF Audit and ML/TF/PF Risk Assessment for the company’s clients
Deliver AML/CFT/CPF consulting services to clients
Assist in the development of compliance training programs
Assist in the development of related compliance policies for the company and its clients
Perform other related duties as may be required

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Management or related field
Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme
Minimum of 2 years experience in AML/CFT Compliance at a financial institution
Membership of the Compliance Institute, Nigeria, is an added advantage
Knowledge of Nigerian AML/CFT laws and regulations
Business development expertise
Resident in Lagos
