Senior Executive – People & Culture

Role Description

The Senior Executive – People & Culture will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization’s culture, driving talent development, and ensuring our people thrive in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals.
Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a supportive and high-performance culture.
Oversee the development and execution of training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Act as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Manage and refine performance management processes to ensure fairness and growth.
Cultivate a culture of inclusion, innovation, and collaboration.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and best practices.
Drive organizational change and champion initiatives to enhance employee experience.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

At least 3 years in HR or People & Culture roles, preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
Proven expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.

Skills & Attributes:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage and influence at all levels of the organization.
Deep understanding of HR technologies and tools.
Analytical mindset to drive data-driven decisions.
Passion for fostering a positive, innovative work culture.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are an advantage.
