Position Overview
As a fast-growing company, we are looking for a results-oriented Head of Sales to lead our sales teams and achieve ambitious growth targets across all business verticals.
The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across all of ILEOJA’s business units.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a proven track record of driving successful sales campaigns, motivating teams, and meeting performance goals in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly targets
Leverage advertising budgets across all verticals to maximize ROI and achieve sales goals.
Team Leadership and Development:
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Set clear goals and KPIs for the team and monitor their performance.
Provide regular coaching and feedback to enhance skills and productivity.
Market Expansion and Client Relationships:
Identify new markets and customer acquisition strategies to expand ILEOJA’s reach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Collaboration and Innovation:
Collaborate with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to align efforts and improve customer satisfaction.
Provide insights to improve products, marketing campaigns, and overall business strategies.
Reporting and Analysis:
Analyze sales performance data and prepare detailed reports for management.
Identify trends and areas for improvement to drive continuous growth.
Requirements
Educational Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years of sales leadership experience.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in eCommerce, education, or digital products is highly preferred.
