Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a NOC Engineer at Bayshore Technologies in Lagos.
The NOC Engineer will be responsible for network operations center tasks, network administration, troubleshooting, technical support, and network security on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Network Operations Center (NOC) and Network Administration skills
Troubleshooting and Technical Support expertise
Knowledge of Network Security and alarms
Experience in managing and monitoring network infrastructure
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent
Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
