Key Responsibilities:
Analyze loan applications and assess financial viability.
Liaise with banks and financial institutions to secure loans for women entrepreneurs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial partners.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies.
Provide financial guidance to women entrepreneurs throughout the loan process.
Collaborate with the team to identify funding opportunities and strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in loan analysis, processing, and management.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
