Head of Digital Media and Communication

Job Summary

Head, Digital Media & Communications will oversee the ministry’s digital engagement on all social platforms, which include strategic planning, content creation, team coordination, and performance analysis to ensure effective outreach and engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities

Engage with the Lead Pastors and relevant parties to manage a unique brand identity that would be recognised by employees, members, vendors, and other stakeholders
Work with the Lead Pastors or assigned individuals to formulate a Digital Media and Communications strategy that will support the ministry’s goals and targets; and drive implementation
Recruit and train volunteers to support the digital media team
⁠Weekly strategic planning and content review meetings with the digital media team, the lead pastors and staff
Overseeing all digital campaign launches and ensuring they align with the ministry’s objectives
Monitor and analyse metrics to adjust strategies as needed
Fostering community interactions and encouraging participation in the ministry’s digital activities.
Obtain approval and implement programmes and initiatives to promote the ministry’s brand globally on digital media platforms
Liaise with external brand consultants on critical branding initiatives

Engage the Online Community
Weekly Reporting and Analytics: Compile data on engagement, reach, and growth to share insights with the team and suggest optimizations.

Thorough understanding of all key drivers within the ministry.
Strong skills in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word and Outlook.
Confident and clear communication skills (in verbal and written)
