Job Summary

We are looking for seasoned, high-performing Sales Supervisors to oversee and enhance field sales activities within designated territories. The ideal candidate will accelerate sales performance, mentor Field Executives, cultivate strong customer connections, guarantee product accessibility, and achieve organizational objectives by executing strategic market initiatives.

Requirements

A minimum requirement includes either an HND or a Bachelor’s Degree.

Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of three to five years of experience, ideally gained within fast-moving consumer goods, beverage, or distribution sectors.

Proficiency in leading sales teams is highly desirable.

Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and effectively communicate with teams and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and driving performance.

Proficient in data analysis and the preparation of detailed reports.

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite applications is required.
