Finance Executive Human Resources Executive

Responsibilities

Develop, monitor, and review company budgets in collaboration with relevant departments.
Ensure accurate forecasting and financial planning to support operational and strategic goals.
Provide timely and detailed financial analysis and variance reports to senior management.
Manage the creation, approval, and tracking of purchase orders across both companies.
Oversee purchase-to-pay processes and ensure they align with budget expectations and company policies.
Monitor supplier invoices and payments to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial procedures.
Handle financial activities related to loans, including negotiations, repayments, and interest calculations.
Ensure efficient management of company debt and capital structure.
Provide strategic financial advice on financing options and cash flow management.
Prepare and review of financial statements in line with accounting standards.
Work closely with external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and clarification.
Ensure the company complies with regulatory and tax obligations.
Prepare periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) for internal stakeholders.
Ensure all financial records and transactions are accurate and compliant with local regulations.
Track key financial metrics and suggest improvements for cost efficiency and profitability.
Maintain and improve financial controls to safeguard the company’s financial integrity.
Handle general ledger functions and month-end/year-end closing procedures.
Support in the implementation and review of financial systems and software.

Qualifications

Certification: Must be a certified Chartered Accountant (ICAN) or equivalent.
Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or auditing, with a strong background in budgeting, purchase orders, financial reporting, and loan management.
Key Competencies:
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and auditing standards.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
