Minimum of Second Class Upper in any discipline from any Nigerian university (or its equivalent from a foreign university).
Must have completed the NYSC program.
Must not be more than twenty-six (26) years of age.
Law graduates must have a minimum of Second Class Upper from the Nigerian Law School.
