Job Summary
As a Business Developer/Sponsorship Sales Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in driving revenue by identifying and securing sponsorships, partnerships, and business opportunities for XFP’s projects, events, and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Sponsorship Sales: Identify, pitch, and secure sponsors for XFP’s events and projects.
Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Partnership Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brands, and stakeholders.
Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify gaps and opportunities.
Proposal Development: Create compelling sponsorship proposals, pitch decks, and contracts to attract potential partners.
Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed sponsorship and sales revenue targets.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and project teams to ensure sponsor/partner satisfaction and alignment.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree / HND in any relevant field
Minimum of 5 years experience in Business Development
Proven experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or a similar role.
Strong network of corporate clients, brands, and potential sponsors.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to craft compelling sales pitches and proposals.
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
Understanding of the creative, entertainment, and events industry is a plus.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N150,000 – N180,000 monthly.
