Job Description

As an ICT / Connectivity Officer at Lily Hospitals, you will provide fast & useful technical assistance on computer systems, and answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.
It is essential you possess good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively a problem and explain its solution.
The goal of this job role is to ensure that the technology used by the organization runs smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

System Installation, Configuration, and Maintenance
Remote Troubleshooting and Technical Support
Monitoring System Performance and Upgrades
Staff Training and Support
Data Security and Protection
Compliance with Regulatory Standards
Documentation and Reporting

Qualifications

A minimum of a B.Sc / BA in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field
Proven experience in IT support and system administration.
Strong technical skills in troubleshooting, hardware, software, and networking.
Excellent communication skills to interact with non-technical staff and stakeholders.
Problem-solving abilities to quickly address and resolve technical issues.
Knowledge of data security practices and ability to implement protective measures.
