Retail Store Staff

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide information about products, promotions, and store services.
Assist with product selection and guide customers to make informed purchasing decisions.
Operate the cash register, process payments, and handle transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Restock shelves, and organize products to ensure inventory is well-displayed.
Assist in managing store opening and closing duties.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a courteous and efficient manner.
Work as part of a team to meet store goals and contribute to a positive working environment.

Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and a strong passion for customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
