Job Details
Use basic hand tools effectively to assist in material preparation, assembly, and finishing tasks.
Lift and handle materials and components, safely using proper techniques and equipment.
Clean and package finished goods according to company standards, ensuring they are ready for delivery to customers.
Kit sub-assembly parts for production, ensuring all necessary components are organized and prepared for the next steps.
Provide job shadowing and support to team members and other technicians, learning from experienced staff and sharing knowledge as needed.
Prepare materials for production and ensure that they meet production requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools, materials, and finished goods are stored properly and that all safety regulations are followed.
Requirements
OND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Industrial maintenance, or a related field.
0-2 years’ experience in a production or manufacturing environment, or a similar industry.
Trade Test Certificate will be an added advantage
Basic knowledge of hand tools and their safe usage in material handling and preparation tasks.
Good communication skills and a willingness to assist and learn from colleagues.
Ability to adapt to changing production needs in a fast-paced environment.
