Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, delivering insights and actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with department managers to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies.
Oversee inventory accounting for food, beverage, and retail operations, including tracking, reporting, and conducting physical audits.
Optimize profitability through cost control measures, waste analysis, and improved efficiency.
Serve as a key financial resource, ensuring clear communication and collaboration between accounting and operational teams.
Provide training and support to staff on financial systems, inventory tools, and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Support the implementation of policies and procedures to strengthen financial controls and operational efficiency.
Clear knowledge of cost accounting.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality or retail industries.
Strong skills in financial reporting, inventory management, and cost control.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
A proactive and detail-oriented professional with a collaborative mindset.
