Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership to the nursing team, fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence.
Supervise and coordinate all nursing activities to ensure efficient operations.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for the nursing department.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Work closely with the medical and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
Build and maintain professional relationships with external healthcare organizations and stakeholders.
Provide professional nursing care to patients before, during, and after diagnostic procedures.
Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall condition, reporting changes to the medical team.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
Prepare patients for diagnostic tests, including obtaining consent and explaining procedures.
Assist doctors and technicians during diagnostic imaging and tests.
Handle and maintain diagnostic equipment as needed.
Educate patients about their conditions, test results, and aftercare instructions.
Offer emotional support to patients and their families.
Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and test results.
Qualifications and Skills
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license.
Minimum of 3–5 years of nursing experience, preferably in a diagnostic or clinical setting.
Strong clinical and technical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
