We are now in search of a meticulous and imaginative Tailor to become part of our distinguished fashion team.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a deep enthusiasm for fashion trends, a refined aesthetic sensibility, and the skill to convert ideas into tangible designs through sketching, pattern development, and garment assembly.
The chosen candidate will be tasked with crafting premium men’s apparel, ensuring every piece meets rigorous quality standards through precise and thorough execution.
Responsibilities:
Create innovative apparel designs, progressing seamlessly from initial concept development to the completion of final products.
Develop comprehensive production-ready illustrations with meticulous attention to detail.
Perform market research to stay updated on current trends, fabrics, colors, and techniques.
Oversee the punctual finalization and dispatch of completed garments to ensure adherence to delivery timelines.
Responsibilities include managing fitting sessions and making essential modifications to patterns as required.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with three years of professional experience in software development. Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential, alongside expertise in database management and system architecture. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are also required, along with the capacity to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cloud computing platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
A Higher National Diploma (HND), Bachelor of Science, Technical Diploma, or an equivalent qualification is required.
Requires a minimum of one to ten years of experience in the field of tailoring.
A strong ability to create detailed hand-drawn sketches is required.
Demonstrates strong capability to prioritize tasks and deliver results efficiently within strict time constraints while overseeing several concurrent projects.
Highly creative individuals with a meticulous approach to their work are essential for this role. Strong focus and precision in completing tasks are critical requirements.
Proficient in effectively communicating and delivering exceptional customer service to clients are essential for this role.
Ability to rapidly assimilate and accurately interpret detailed design specifications.
