Job Overview

To work as an integral member of the site management team, which may include but are not limited to site recruitment, ongoing site support, training/support for clinical systems and direct to patient follow-up for assigned projects.
Contribute towards ensuring that the site management processes provide a competitive edge in winning new business.

Essential Functions

Identify potential investigators through strategic site identification methods.
Manages investigator database for global strategic site identification efforts including reviewing for duplicate entries.
In regions where applicable, oversee efforts in performing strategic site recruitment and support to deliver project backlog.
Ascertains recruitment potential at site and supports decision on recommendation of site to internal and external customer.
Develops, QCs, maintains and manages project specific site management documents as required
Develops metrics and drives delivery of site recruitment target against the Recruitment Plan and escalates issues where applicable
Identify and proactively share best practice across the team to drive recruitment.
Assembles, distributes and tracks Investigator Site Files
Sets up, trains, maintains and provides technical support for clinical systems for assigned projects
Addresses site requests about assigned studies in a timely manner
Follows established guidelines to perform Remote Site Monitoring (i.e. Patient Enrollment, Case Report Form completion and Query Tracking) on assigned projects
Manages site and/or patient reimbursement
Documents and tracks all communication (email, voice, fax, call reports) with study site personnel and client interactions in accordance with study plans in IQVIA Database System.
Supervises and coordinates activities of other team members and trains or mentors them.  Serves as first point of escalation for site issues and concerns
Develops and maintains work processes.
May act as a project manager on certain studies with limited scope of services.
Perform other Site Management Project Specialist duties as deemed appropriate by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in Scientific or healthcare discipline
Must have 5 years Site Management experience
Equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Sound knowledge of medical terminology.
Above average interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Presentation skills in regions where applicable.
Ability to work independently, prioritize actively, seek input, problem solve and work in a team environment.
Fluent in local language, spoken and written.
Fluent in English language, spoken and written.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with varying deadlines.
Familiar with CROs and the operation of Clinical Sites.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
