Virtual Assistant

Job Description

A proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a strong aptitude for multitasking in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

Manage email correspondence, calendar scheduling (appointments, reminders and events).
Organize and maintain digital files and records.
Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned tasks.
Coordinate meetings, calls, and travel arrangements.
Manage and maintain social media accounts or other professional platforms.
Handle data entry and maintain databases.
Perform research on assigned tasks and summarize findings.
Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Support client onboarding or customer success initiatives.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of B.Sc Degrees in Business Administration or related fields
3 – 5 years proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Tech-savvy with a proactive approach to learning new tools and systems.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
