Description

As the first point of contact for all visitors, you will represent Rainoil with professionalism and warmth, ensuring every guest feels valued and supported. The Lobby Executive is crucial in maintaining our customer service standards and plays a pivotal role in fostering an exceptional experience for both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or front desk role within a corporate environment.
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibility

Customer Interaction: Greet and assist all visitors, providing information and directing them to the appropriate departments.
Enquiry Handling: Respond to inquiries from customers and staff, offering accurate and timely assistance across various communication channels (phone, email, etc.).
CRM Management: Keep track of visitor logs and update the CRM system with necessary information.
Visitor Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate meetings, presentations, and events, ensuring smooth logistics.
Client Feedback: Gather visitor feedback to enhance customer service and front-desk processes.
Event Support: Assist in coordinating lobby events, birthdays, and other company celebrations.
