Digital Marketing Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager at BrandCo Nigeria Limited.
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for social media marketing, lead generation, marketing strategies, web analytics, and overall digital marketing activities to promote high-street brands in the urban African market.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Certifications in Digital Marketing are a plus.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
Demonstrated success in managing digital campaigns, social media strategy, or e-commerce platforms.
Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation skills
Experience in Marketing and Web Analytics
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Exceptional communication and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong ability to interpret data and create actionable insights.
Experience in A/B testing and optimization.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite).
Expertise in SEO/SEM strategies and tools.
Knowledge of social media platforms and ad management tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
Email marketing expertise (e.g., MailChimp, Klaviyo).
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
Ability to craft compelling content for various digital channels.
Proficiency in visual design tools is a plus (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
