This is a full-time on-site role for a Facility Manager in Lagos. The Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of a residential apartment building managing vendors, coordinating repairs and renovations, and ensuring a safe and functional environment for residents and visitors.

Facility Management, Maintenance, and Operations skills
Vendor Management and Coordination skills
Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations
Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving skills
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Previous work experience in Facility Management Company
Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field
