Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

Generate sales of the company’s products to hospitals, pharmacies, doctors, radiologists, nurses, and pharmacists.
Supervise and manage a team of employees to achieve sales targets.
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to acquire and sustain customers in the commercial sector.
Expand the company’s product reach within your territory.
Promote, market, and sell the company’s products to relevant healthcare professionals and customers.
Schedule appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to promote company medications.
Generate and follow-up on leads generated by the company.
Prepare presentations for potential customers.
Research competitors, medications, policies, procedures, and market performance to provide feedback that aids company growth and development.
Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s medications.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
Stay informed about new developments in the medical field and the economy to determine their impact on the company’s business strategies.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and issues.
Meet both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree with 0-2 years experience.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcareindustry.
Strong understanding of medical products and the healthcare market.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
