Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in pharmaceutical product sales and hospital detailing, with 5-6 years of experience working in a multinational pharma environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to promote pharmaceutical products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
Conduct hospital detailing activities, effectively communicating product information to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare personnel.
Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective planning and execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and feedback from healthcare professionals to refine sales strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure product availability and client satisfaction.
Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to the management team.
Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company standards.
Qualifications & Skills
A Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 – 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical product sales and hospital detailing, ideally within a multinational pharmaceutical company.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical product dynamics and the healthcare market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
