Requirement and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Professional certification (RICS, CIOB, or equivalent) is desirable but not Compulsory.
Knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC, etc.) and contractual procedures.
Knowledge of quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, CCS Candy, or similar) and MS Office Suite.
Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
