Housekeeping Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to the highest standard.
Replenish guest room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linen.
Handle laundry duties and ensure timely delivery of clean items.
Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to the supervisor.
Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in housekeeping or similar role is an advantage.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Physical stamina and the ability to handle heavy cleaning equipment.
Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays.
