Job Description
The job holder will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to enhance AAF’s online presence and brand awareness, which includes curating content and designing graphics to optimize engagement and reach.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Develop engaging, creative, and high-quality content, for the AAF website and tailor to each social media platform.
Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
Establish effective and consistent communication with project stakeholders to receive pictures, updates, and activities to develop engaging content for AAF’s social media accounts.
Develop and design logos, graphics and communication material for AAF.
Oversee the day-to-day management of all social media platforms and maintain presence (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn etc.).
Coordinate website management with the third-party agency.
Schedule and publish posts, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Develop reports on AAF project activities.
JOB REQUIREMENT
A bachelor’s degree from a reputable tertiary institution.
2-3 Years’ experience in Social Media Management and Graphics Design.
Good team orientation and the ability to work at all levels within the organization and external network.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
