Maintenance Officer

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Officer to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring they remain safe, efficient, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Collaborate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance work.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.

Requirements:

Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Maintenance or related field.
2+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
