Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Procurement of Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise and Hosting Services

Background

The Civil Society Scaling-Up Nutrition in Nigeria (CS-SUNN) is a non-governmental, non-profit alliance of organizations with a shared vision to transform Nigeria into a country where every citizen has food and is nutrition secure. CS-SUNN pursues this lofty goal by engaging government and non-state actors to raise awareness and sustain commitment and actions to tackle undernutrition in Nigeria effectively. 

To enhance our financial management and reporting capabilities, we seek a robust accounting solution with remote accessibility and comprehensive support services.

Scope of Work

The selected vendor will be responsible for the following:

Procurement of QuickBooks Enterprise 

License for six (6) users, with scalability for future upgrades.

Hosting Services

Secure, cloud-based hosting for seamless remote access.
Backup and disaster recovery solutions.
24/7 technical support for hosting services.

Installation and Setup

Installation and configuration of QuickBooks Enterprise on the hosted platform.
Integration with existing systems, if necessary.

Training

Comprehensive training sessions for six (6) staff members.
Training materials and ongoing user support post-installation.

Annual Maintenance

Software updates and patches.
Technical support for troubleshooting issues.
Regular performance checks and hosting maintenance.

Requirements and Qualifications

Vendors must meet the following criteria:

Authorized reseller of Intuit QuickBooks products.
Demonstrated experience in implementing and hosting QuickBooks Enterprise.
Ability to provide comprehensive training and user support.
Proven track record of providing maintenance and support services.

Proposal/Quotation Requirements & Evaluation Criteria

Proposals should include a validity period and the following:
Full detail of individual/company’s profile: 5%
Evidence of Payment of taxes/Tax Identification Number -5% 
Evidence of execution of similar job(s) in the past – 30% 
Methodology/Approach for installation, training, and maintenance: 10%
Evidence to show accreditation as a licensed web hosting individual/organization: 20% 
Financial Proposal: 30%
All vendors must submit the cost breakdown in a tabular format for software licenses, hosting services, training, and annual maintenance.
