Job Description

Oversee debt collection operations and collaborate closely with analysts to design, propose, and implement structured payment plans aimed at fully resolving client debt within an agreed-upon timeframe, in strict accordance with Lend ha’s established collections’ policy.

Accurately maintain client records and oversee all past-due accounts to assess the most suitable collection strategy for each client. Contact delinquent customers through telephone, email, and on-site visits at their business locations to secure payments. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports detailing the status of delinquent accounts, collection efforts, and accounts receivable. Provide updates on collection progress to the Supervisor, propose actionable next steps, and recommend write-offs where necessary.

Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to effectively present, promote, and sell Lend ha’s products through persuasive negotiations with both existing and potential clients across key sectors such as e-commerce, consumer goods, healthcare, and financial services.

We are responsible for the expansion of the loan portfolio by facilitating thorough credit appraisals, ensuring accurate assessments, and maintaining diligent oversight of accounts to detect any overdue payments. Additionally, we analyze and verify contract terms and service agreements with clients while explaining available payment solutions in a clear and concise manner. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to achieve an optimal balance between meeting customer requirements and aligning with Lendha’s strategic objectives.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of experience in a relevant field, alongside a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
