Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Negotiate favorable contracts for distribution, pricing, and payment terms.
Implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue, while tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and develop marketing plans to promote the company’s brands and products.
Plan and execute product launches and promotions.
Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure all sales and marketing activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.
Lead and motivate a sales team, set sales targets, and provide training and coaching.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record in sales and marketing, with a focus on consumer products.
Strong understanding of the tobacco industry is a plus, including regulations, trends, and consumer behavior.
