Customer Service/Social Media Executive

Job Summary

As our Customer Service/Social Media Executive you will be responsible for engaging with customers across our social media platforms, whilst ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a positive brand image. This role also includes the strategic development of content ideas, a content calendar, and social media strategies that align with our brand goals. Additionally, this position will provide support to customers and foster an engaging, supportive online community.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via social media, WhatsApp, phone, email and address and  resolve customer complaints  professionally,  following our Studio  policies.
Create and  post  engaging content,  including captions and  visuals,  in line  with the  brand’s tone  and  marketing strategy and Schedule regular  posts  to maintain  an  active presence,  align  with peak engagement  times,  and support  marketing goals.
Coordinate with the  creative  team to  develop  relevant content  for  our  Studio social  media.
Create marketing strategies  and  ads management in  order  to grow  the  company’s online  and offline  presence.
Work with  influencers,  brand ambassadors,  and  partners to  promote  products and services  authentically.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in customer service and social media management, preferably in the beauty industry.
Ability to use a camera iPhone to create clear and crispy captivating images and videos.
Excellent use of Canva  for content graphic  design and  other  editing Apps(e.g CapCut)
